1. The Service

Menutime helps you discover restaurants and place orders for delivery or pickup. Restaurants are independent businesses and are responsible for their menus, pricing, food preparation, and order fulfillment. Availability, pricing, and delivery windows are set by restaurants and may change without notice.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders, Payments, and Fees

• When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount, including taxes, fees, delivery charges, and tips.
• Prices, taxes, fees, and menu availability are determined by restaurants and may differ from in-restaurant pricing.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe), and your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup details. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, we may be unable to offer a refund.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may not be cancelable once accepted by a restaurant. Refunds or credits are handled on a case-by-case basis and may depend on restaurant policies. If you experience an issue, contact us at help@menutime.app.

6. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional communications about your orders (such as email, calls, or SMS updates). You may also receive marketing messages where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Do not interfere with the Service or attempt to access it without authorization.
• Do not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service or its content.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others.

8. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content (such as reviews or feedback), you grant Menutime a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to share that content.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party providers for payments, maps, messaging, analytics, and other features. We are not responsible for the services or policies of third parties. Use of the Google Maps features and content is subject to the current versions of the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Use of Mapbox services is subject to Mapbox's Terms of Service.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menutime disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
